What is imbrex?

Imbrex is the first MLS built with blockchain technology. It’s a new data storage and
dissemination protocol for the real estate industry. It’s built on the Ethereum blockchain and will enable users to own their data, which is revolutionary.

What do we mean by Public Experience?

Imbrex is about connecting people and real estate data. That includes a lot of people: buyers, agents, brokerage firms, MLS’s, technologists in related property and data fields and also interested bystanders who may one day be buyers, lessors, or sellers of real estate. We’re an early stage startup and at this stage, we’re looking for someone to coordinate across all categories of our people (the list you just read) at all stages of our relationship with them. In short, that means this role include Marketing and User Experience activities. In short: it’s about imbrex’s public relationships.

What it will be like at imbrex?

As our first Coordinator of imbrex Public Experience, you will be delivering much-needed consistency, data, feedback and precision to key processes that enable us to deliver great user experiences and to develop meaningful relationships.

We are a small band of learners. Everything we do is an experiment and an iteration. You can make mistakes safely at imbrex.

We are big on transparency, communication and accountability. Not only are we building a decentralized application, but we are also a distributed team, so making sure everyone is included and able work asynchronously, with good information and clear status on shared work is integral to everything we do.

We see good process as a tool, not a constraint. We wield it to build smart. It does not control us.

We are early-stage, but we think (and therefore, act) big. Our product is global and being built in a new ecosystem, so we take that things will change, scale and surprise us for granted and design our work accordingly.
